Mark R. Foster, PhD, MD, FACS
Dr. Foster is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who graduated from The Upstate Medical Center, The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has over 30 years of experience in his field, much of which has been spent as an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in pain management. Dr. Foster's certifications include Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and his Buprenorphine Waiver (Suboxone).
Matt received his Master's Degree in Education from West Virginia University. He has worked for The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) running educational groups on the many facets of addiction, and recovery tools on Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic's (WPIC) dual diagnosis floor. He has also worked as a counselor at a private psychiatrist's office specializing in addiction treatment.
Terri graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors' Degree in social work. She has worked as a nurse at multiple mental health and addiction treatment centers including Southwood Psychiatric Hospital and Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. Terri has also been the office manager at a private psychiatrist's office specializing in addiction treatment.
