The staff at Right Track has over 50 years of collective experience working in their respected fields, much of which relates directly to mental health and addiction services. Our ever growing team of professionals works collaboratively to provide the best possible care.
Jules Kann M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Kann has been a practicing psychiatrist for over 40 years. He received his education at the University of Pittsburgh as well as the University of Basel. He is a licensed Psychologist as well as a Medical Physician and Surgeon. Dr. Kann has been working with those suffering from addiction for many years and is licensed to prescribe Buprenorphine. Dr. Kann is a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians, The American Medical Association, The Pennsylvania Medical Association, The Allegheny County Medical Society, The American College of Clinical Pharmacology, The American Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, The Anxiety Disorder Associations of America, The American Society of Addictive Medicine, and The Occupational Medicine Society. 
Norman J. Frey III D.O.

Dr. Frey has been a practicing doctor for over 30 years. He received his education at Washington and Jefferson College, the University of Pittsburgh, and the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Frey is a certified Osteopathic Physician with a qualification in Geriatric Medicine; he is also a certified medical director. Along with multiple certifications, he is licensed to prescribe Buprenorphine. Dr. Frey is a member of The American Osteopathic Association, The Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, The Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society, The American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and The American Medical Directors Association. 

Matt Workman (Manager)

Matt received his Master's Degree in Education from West Virginia University. He has worked for The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) running educational groups on the many facets of addiction, including recovery tools, on Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic's (WPIC) dual diagnosis unit. He has also worked at a private psychiatrist's office specializing in addiction medicine.
