Our Staff

The staff at Right Track has over 50 years of collective experience working in their respected fields, much of which relates directly to mental health and addiction services. This ever growing team of professionals works collaboratively to provide the best possible care for our patients. 
Jules Kann M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Kann has been a practicing psychiatrist for over 40 years. He received his education at the University of Pittsburgh as well as the University of Basel. He is a licensed Psychologist as well as a Medical Physician and Surgeon. Dr. Kann has been working with those suffering from addiction for many years and is licensed to prescribe Buprenorphine. Dr. Kann is a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians, The American Medical Association, The Pennsylvania Medical Association, The Allegheny County Medical Society, The American College of Clinical Pharmacology, The American Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, The Anxiety Disorder Associations of America, The American Society of Addictive Medicine, and The Occupational Medicine Society. 
Matt Workman
(Program Director/Counselor)

Matt received his Master's Degree in Education from West Virginia University. He has worked for The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) running educational groups on the many facets of addiction, and recovery tools on Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic's (WPIC) dual diagnosis floor. He has also worked as a counselor at a private psychiatrist's office specializing in addiction treatment.  
Steph Hill
(Office Manager)

Steph is currently persuing a degree in Nursing. She is the glue that holds the office together. If you have any questions about the program or scheduling appointments she is the one to ask.
